1.907 Petitions for guidance.

§ 1.907 Petitions for guidance.

Any person may petition a USDA agency to withdraw or modify a particular guidance document. Petitions may be submitted by postal mail to: Guidance Officer, Office of Budget and Program Analysis, USDA, 1400 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC 20250-1400. Email petitions may be sent to [email protected]. The agency shall respond to all requests in a timely manner, but no later than 90 days after receipt of the request.
