401.54 Interference with navigation aids.

§ 401.54 Interference with navigation aids.

(a) Aids to navigation shall not be interfered with or used as moorings.

(b) No person shall, unless authorized by the Corporation or the Manager, set out buoys or navigation markers on the Seaway.
